Vector: Riesling Renano - South Tyrol DOC
Origin: it grows well in the very ventilated microclimate and on the sandy flood soils with limestone gravel around the town of Cortina S.S.D.V. The accurate cultivation of this grape varies excellent results.
Returned: 55 hl per hectare
Vinification: the bunches are poured into the ato -crushed and thinning pneumatic press. The grapes are made cold for 6 - 8 hours before squeezing in order to encourage an accentuation of the fruity perfume of the wine. The same are then squeezed with care and the deposits are left to praise naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks with pure yeasts at controlled temperature of 19 ° C.
Organoleptic characteristics: noble white with a peculiar perfume politely fruity.

Taste: noble, dry, captivating with its thin acidity and lively roundness
