ROASTED BABY ARTICHOKES IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The baby artichokes are harvested at peak ripeness, with their outer leaves removed by hand, and kept whole. They are then grilled and immediately immersed in extra virgin olive oil. Free from preservatives, additives and colourings.

Ingredients
Roasted baby artichokes 67%, extra virgin olive oil 30%, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Once opened, refrigerate and treat as a fresh product.
