A pesto with the distinctive flavour of Salento rocket and a fresh note thanks to the addition of lemon. Perfect for dressing pasta or accompanying fish dishes.

Ingredients
Rocket 61%, extra virgin olive oil, toasted pumpkin seeds, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), lemon juice, lemon zest, salt.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4–5 days.
