Pale straw yellow colour, sometimes with a pale hint of antique gold. The scent is fruity, with a clear hint of acacia flowers, rennet apple, peaches and green hazelnut. The flavor is fresh, fragrant, delicately mineral.
Name: Arneis D.O.C.G.
Grapes: 100% Arneis
Production area: Roero hills, Langhe, Cuneo, Piedmont
Training system: Guyot counter-espalier
Hand-harvested in crates: manual in box
Winemaking: destemming, cooling and delicate pressing of the bunches. The must obtained is fermented in purity in thermo-conditioned steel tanks at a temperature of 13-14°C. The slow fermentation allows the fresh and fragrant aromas typical of the vine to fully develop
Refinement: The wine is then stored in steel tanks at low temperature, in the presence of its fermentation yeasts: this, in addition to best preserving the freshness of the wine, makes it longer-lived and capable of evolving after uncorking
Alcohol content: 14% - Contains sulphites
Serving temperature: 8°C
Available formats:
Bottle 0.375 L MDBRAR0375
Bottle 0.75L MDBRAR075
Perfect pairing
Italiamy suggests Roero Arneis together with egg pasta seasoned with butter and sage, for an elegant encounter that enhances its freshness and delicacy.
