Pale straw yellow, sometimes with a subtle antique-gold hue. The fruity bouquet reveals distinct aromas of acacia blossom, Reinette apple, peach and fresh hazelnut. Fresh and fragrant on the palate, with delicate minerality.

Vinification: the grapes are destemmed, cooled and gently crushed. The must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 13–14°C. The slow fermentation allows the fresh, fragrant aromas typical of the grape variety to develop fully
Ageing: the wine is kept at a low temperature in stainless-steel tanks on its fermentation lees. This preserves its freshness while enhancing its longevity and ability to evolve after opening
