Romana Black is an Italian sambuca liqueur created by the Pallini family in 1992 as a reinterpretation of the celebrated La Romana Sambuca. The original recipe is enhanced by a distinctive liquorice note, enriching the bouquet with intense and unmistakable nuances. Its aromatic complexity comes from a careful selection of natural ingredients, including cinnamon, sweet anise, elderflower, star anise and fennel, which combine to create an enveloping and harmonious sensory profile.
