Antique pink color tending to fishing. The nose presents itself with an intense, fine, citrus and at times saline perfume, with light spiced notes that recall black pepper. He reports hints of strawberry. In the mouth it is characterized by minerality, flavor and freshness. On the palate it is long and persistent, it maintains lightness and silkiness.

Vinification: the different varieties of grapes are vinified separately. A slight variable contact between peel and must is made with separation of the latter to obtain the desired characteristics.
