ROSAVERO CHIARETTO VALTÈNESI D.O.C. 2025

Antique pink colour tending towards peach tones. The nose reveals an intense and fine bouquet, with citrus notes and occasional saline nuances, accompanied by light spicy hints recalling black pepper. It shows hints of strawberry. On the palate it is characterized by minerality, flavor and freshness. The palate is long and persistent, maintainsing lightness and silkiness.

Harvest: hand-harvested in crates in the last ten days of September

Vinification: the different grapes varieties are vinified separately. A slight and variable skin contact is carried out, followed by separation of the must to obtain the desired characteristics. Fermentation then takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve maximum neutrality and enhance the individual characteristics of each grape variety
