1931 CHIARETTO GARDA CLASSICO D.O.C. 2025

Pale pink in colour. The nose is fresh and floral. Savoury, intense and smooth on the palate.

Grape varieties: 50% Groppello, 20% Marzemino, 15% Barbera, 15% Sangiovese

Training system: row training with Guyot pruning

Harvest: picked by hand into crates in September

Vinification: the grapes are gently crushed and undergo brief skin contact during maceration. The wine is drawn off the skins once the desired rosé colour has been achieved, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Ageing: in stainless-steel tanks

Alcohol content: 12% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 6–8°C
