Clear pink in colour. The nose is highly aromatic and complex, with notes of herbs and fruit. Savoury, complex and elegant on the palate.

Training system: row training with Guyot pruning

Harvest: picked by hand into crates in September

Vinification: Groppello and Barbera are vinified separately. Antitesi is produced mainly through very low-yield pressing at 50%, with a smaller portion obtained using the traditional cap-raising method, which gives this rosé its remarkable structure. Extended contact with the fine lees lends the wine roundness, power and complexity.

Ageing: in stainless-steel tanks

Alcohol content: 12.5% – Contains sulphites
