ROSAVERO CHIARETTO VALTÈNESI D.O.C. 2025

Antique rose tending towards peach in colour. The nose is intense and refined, with citrus and occasional saline nuances, subtle spicy notes reminiscent of black pepper and hints of strawberry. The palate is distinguished by minerality, savouriness and freshness. Long and persistent, it remains light and silky.

Grape varieties: 60% Groppello, 15% Sangiovese, 15% Marzemino, 10% Barbera

Production area: Polpenazze del Garda, Valtènesi, Brescia, Lombardy

Training system: row training with Guyot pruning

Harvest: picked by hand into crates during the last ten days of September

Vinification: the different grape varieties are vinified separately. Each undergoes brief skin contact of varying duration before the must is separated once the desired characteristics have been achieved. Fermentation then takes place at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks to preserve maximum neutrality and enhance the distinctive qualities of each grape variety.
