Intense ruby red color. On the nose there is a scent of violet, morello cherry and black berries. On the palate the taste is enveloping, dry and with a good balance.

Hand-harvested in crates: manual in box
Winemaking: removal of the stems, soft pressing, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C, maceration on the skins for approximately 20-25 days with an extraction technique done with delestage (one per week) and pumping over which is reduced during the process
Refinement: 12 months in 32 hl Slavonian oak barrels and subsequently 3-4 months of refinement in the bottle
Alcohol content: 14.5% - Contains sulphites
