Rubatà, short pizza-flavoured breadsticks, are a tasty and original proposal from the tradition of artisanal breadsticks, made with “00” soft wheat flour, tomato pulp and a mix of Mediterranean spices that recall the iconic flavor of pizza. The addition of extra virgin olive oil gives these breadsticks a crumbly crunch and an inviting aromatic profile, perfect for a tasty aperitif or as an accompaniment to informal dishes. 

Ingredients
Flour wheat tender “00” (EU origin), tomato pulp 18% (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), extra virgin olive oil, salt, brewer's yeast, flour wheat malted, spices 0.4% (in variable proportions: oregano, rosemary, chilli pepper). Allergens: gluten. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), sesame, soy, derivatives of milk, eggs, mustard. Without preservatives.
