Tomato passata made according to Italian culinary tradition, using San Marzano-type red tomatoes at just the right stage of ripeness and yellow datterini tomatoes. The tomatoes are gently strained to create a smooth, flavourful sauce, then slowly simmered in a pot until the ideal consistency is reached.
With no added sugars or tomato concentrate, this passata delivers quality and authenticity. Full supply chain traceability is also guaranteed.

Tomatoes 80.7% (origin: Italy), small tomatoes 19.2% (origin: Puglia), salt.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5–7 days.
