Saffron risotto is a quality ready-to-cook rice made with Italian rice to which dried saffron has been added. Thanks to the selection of ingredients and the concentration of the spice, the product offers a delicate and recognizable taste profile, combining the structure and firmness of the grain with the characteristic floral and aromatically intense note of saffron. Suitable for quick service without sacrificing quality, it is ideal for risottos with a distinctive character, perfect for enhancing traditional menus and excellent ingredients.

Manufactured in a facility that uses: celery, sesame seeds, mustard, soy.
