Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of raw materials and artisan tradition. Bordiga sambuca is born from the union of selected natural ingredients: pure alpine spring water, highly soluble sugar, essential oils from fine combinations of star anise and elderflower distillate. The result is a liqueur that embodies the sweetness and warmth of the Mediterranean, while maintaining the elegance of the Piedmontese tradition. Faithful to his philosophy, Bordiga creates each liqueur with the aim of satisfying the palate, body and mind, using exclusively quality raw materials, medicinal herbs, pure alcohol, sugar and Alpine water, according to ancient Italian recipes handed down over time and still produced with the same original artisanal processes.
