Romana Black is an Italian sambuca liqueur created by the Pallini family since 1992 as a reinterpretation of the famous Romana Sambuca. A distinctive note of liquorice is added to the original recipe, which enriches the bouquet with intense and unmistakable nuances. Its aromatic complexity arises from a careful selection of natural ingredients, including cinnamon, sweet anise, elderflower, star anise and fennel, which together create an enveloping and harmonious sensorial profile.
