Bright straw yellow in colour, with a fine and continuous perlage. The nose is inviting and delicate, immediately revealing aromas of lemon blossom, ripe apple and Williams pear. The palate displays beautifully balanced freshness.

Grape varieties: minimum 85% Glera, maximum 15% other local white grape varieties
Production area: the hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, Treviso, Veneto
Training system: double arched cane
Harvest: picked by hand into crates in September
Vinification: white vinification without skin contact, at a controlled temperature of 16°C
Ageing: slow secondary fermentation in large pressurised tanks at 14–15°C
Alcohol content: 11% – Contains sulphites
Serving temperature: 5–7°C. Open the bottle immediately before serving.
