Casa Iuorio's products are born from respect for the natural rhythms of the earth and seasonality. Cultivations take place in the open field, without intensive practices, greenhouses or chemical agents, using exclusively native varieties. The harvest is manual and the transformation takes place directly in the company, selecting only perfectly ripe raw materials. Even the potting and labeling phases are artisanal, guaranteeing a controlled supply chain and authentic products, an expression of the territory.
Ready-made preparation based on fresh vegetables, ideal for making the perfect sauté for numerous recipes in just a few minutes. The balance between carrots, onion and celery, enriched with extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs, gives an intense and natural flavour. Perfect as a base for sauces, risottos, soups, legumes and second courses. A practical ingredient that brings all the flavor of tradition into the kitchen.

Ingredients
Carrots (44%), extra virgin olive oil, onion (17%), celery (9%), salt, lemon juice, garlic, spices and herbs (parsley, chives, rosemary, sage, pepper). 
Store in a cool place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +5 °C and consume within 1-2 weeks.
