Color that varies from greenish-yellow to pale green. On the nose, it reveals notes of nettle, honey, pepper and elderflower. On the palate, it is rich, harmonious and well-balanced between acidity and fruity aromas.

Vinification: the bunches are gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is cold macerated for 8-10 hours before pressing to enhance the fruity aromas. It is then delicately pressed and the lees are left to settle naturally.
Refinement: alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with pure yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19°C
