The colour ranges from greenish yellow to straw yellow. The bouquet reveals aromas of nettle, honey, green pepper and elderflower. Rich and harmonious on the palate, with a fine balance between acidity and fruity character.

Training system: Guyot trellising with low-trained canes
Harvest: picked by hand into crates
Vinification: the crushed and destemmed grapes are loaded into a pneumatic press and undergo cold maceration for 8–10 hours before pressing to enhance the wine’s fruity aromas. They are then gently pressed and the solids are allowed to settle naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with pure cultured yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19°C
