SCAPECE-STYLE COURGETTES IN SUNFLOWER OIL

Selected courgettes, naturally sun-dried according to tradition and then dressed with oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, mint and oregano. The drying process concentrates the flavour of the courgettes, giving them a meaty texture and an intense taste typical of the traditional Campanian recipe. Ideal as an appetiser, side dish or ingredient for Mediterranean-style recipes. An authentic preserve combining artisanal preparation with quality ingredients.

Ingredients
Courgettes (60%), sunflower oil, white wine vinegar (contains sulphites), unrefined sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, mint, oregano.
Store in a cool place, away from sources of light. After opening, refrigerate at a maximum temperature of +5°C and consume within 1 month.
