Light red in colour. The nose is fresh and fruity, with aromas of ripe almond and poppy flowers. Velvety, dry and harmonious on the palate.

Harvest: picked by hand into crates

Vinification: skin maceration for 2–3 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 23–24°C

Ageing: in stainless-steel tanks

Alcohol content: 12% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 14–16°C
