Made with a high percentage of carefully selected quinces and flavoured with mustard essential oil, it has a distinctive firm texture, ideal for serving in slices or cubes. Its intense yet balanced sweet-and-sour profile makes it particularly suitable with boiled meats, roasts, cured meats and aged cheeses, enhancing their flavours with a bold and refined aromatic note.

Ingredients
Quinces 80%, sugar, citrus peel, gelling agent: natural pectin, acidifier: citric acid, mustard flavouring. Contains: mustard, sulphur dioxide. GLUTEN-FREE.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
