Zabà Classic Egg-Box Gift Pack contains the jarred version of the zabaglione that has always accompanied Alberto Marchetti’s affogati. Prepared according to the traditional Turin recipe, it is made with fresh free-range eggs, 100% Italian sugar and a touch of Marsala, creating an authentic and indulgent flavour. The project also has a strong social dimension: Zabà is produced at the Torre dell’Eremo in Pecetto, near Turin, together with a group of young people with disabilities, with the aim of bringing together tradition, quality and social value in every spoonful. Its original egg-box packaging also makes it a fun and distinctive gift idea.

Ingredients
Sugar, Marsala wine (contains sulphites), pasteurised free-range egg yolk, Category A (23.7%), rice starch. May contain traces of milk and nuts. GLUTEN-FREE.
Shake before opening. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
