Mezzacorona is a historic cooperative winery founded in Trentino in 1904 by thirteen winegrowers. Today, it brings together approximately 1,500 families who tend vineyards surrounded by unspoilt valleys, mountains and Alpine lakes. Its production showcases the region’s most representative grape varieties through careful management of the entire supply chain, from grape selection to bottling. Teroldego Grappa is a single-varietal grappa produced exclusively from grape marc sourced from the winery’s own vineyards and carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. It is slowly distilled using the traditional Trentino batch bain-marie method, preserving and enhancing the grape variety’s most authentic characteristics. It offers a clean, complex bouquet with elegant aromatic nuances and a broad, harmonious flavour featuring pleasant hints of raspberry and Golden Delicious apple. The result is a balanced, persistent grappa that authentically expresses the region and Trentino’s distilling tradition.
