Pale pink in colour. The nose reveals delicate notes of strawberry and peach. On the palate, it is full and enveloping.

Grape variety: 60% Groppello, 20% Barbera, 10% Sangiovese, 10% Marzemino

Production area: Fattoria Valle and Fattoria Predelli, Valtenesi (Polpenazze del Garda), Brescia, Lombardy

Training system: row-trained vines with Guyot pruning

Harvest: manual harvesting into crates at the end of August

Vinification: after careful selection of the grapes and preparation of the sparkling wine base, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature

Ageing: once the sparkling wine-making process is complete, the wine rests in the bottle before release

Alcohol content: 12.5% - Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 5–7°C. Uncork the bottle just before serving.
