SPIRITS BOERO

Audere is an artisanal company rooted in northern Piedmont. Its philosophy follows one clear and rigorous principle—using only a few carefully selected, entirely natural and truly essential ingredients.
Spirits Boero are refined chocolates containing a whole cherry surrounded by a smooth liqueur filling and coated in intense dark chocolate. The contrast between the bold notes of cocoa, the fruity sweetness of the cherry and the aromatic character of the liqueur creates a rich and lingering tasting experience. Individually wrapped in brightly decorated foil and presented in a practical transparent bag, they are ideal for serving or sharing on special occasions.

Ingredients
Outer layer (approximately 60%): sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
Filling (approximately 40%): glucose-fructose syrup, whole cherry (37% of the filling), liqueur (8% of the filling), flavourings. May contain traces of nuts, gluten and milk.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources at a temperature between 18°C and 22°C.
