STRAWBERRY GRAPE COMPOTE

Casa Iuorio's fruit and vegetables are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. The plants grow in the open field, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. The transformation takes place directly in Casa Iuorio, selecting only perfectly matured raw materials. Even the potting and labeling are handcrafted, guaranteeing an authentic and genuine product.
The strawberry grape compote is made with strawberry grapes grown on the family pergola: the fruit is hand-picked when fully ripe and processed immediately to preserve aroma and freshness. It is without preservatives and colorings and has a rich taste that recalls notes of strawberry and cherry, suitable for being spread on bread, enjoyed for breakfast or as an ingredient for rustic desserts.

Ingredients
Strawberry grapes (Sp.Vitis Labrusca), sugar, lemon juice.
Fruit used: 132 g per 100 g. Keep in a cool place and away from light sources. Once the jar is opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within two weeks.
