Zabà Moscato Passito di Strevi is born from the meeting of flavors and colors of the Piedmontese tradition. The Passito comes from the best grapes of the Scrapona vineyard, selected and harvested by hand, then dried and vinified according to the historic Strevi method. Even in this creation, Alberto Marchetti always starts from the same idea of "good": fresh eggs from free-range hens, 100% Italian sugar and a traditional recipe, to offer a dessert that combines memory, craftsmanship and refinement.
Ingredients
Sugar, “Strevi D.O.C. Passito” wine (contains sulphites) 30%, egg yolkegg pasteurized from free-range hens of Cat. A (24.16%), rice starch. May contain traces of milk e nuts. GLUTEN FREE.
Shake before opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
