SWEET AND SOUR CARROTS

Dalla Dispensa is an artisan company with the aim of recovering and enhancing the authentic flavors of tradition. The company operates between laboratory, shop and a small restaurant in the Val d'Ossola area, offering products made from simple and natural ingredients, respecting the recipes of the past and local raw materials. The project stands out for a strongly identifying approach, which combines artisanal production, valorisation of the territory and attention to quality, offering an experience that goes beyond the product and tells of a lifestyle linked to the mountains and authenticity.
The sweet and sour carrots are prepared according to a traditional recipe, using selected carrots and natural ingredients to obtain a perfect balance between sweet and sour. The processing preserves the crunchiness, aroma and authentic flavor of the carrots. The result is a versatile and tasty product, ideal as a side dish, to enrich salads and cold dishes, giving color and an aromatic touch to every preparation.

Ingredients
Carrots, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, long pepper, cinnamon, licorice, bay leaf, black pepper, juniper berries, fennel seeds, sugar, salt. After opening, store in the refrigerator.
