Dalla Dispensa is an artisan company with the aim of recovering and enhancing the authentic flavors of tradition. Peppers and anchovies is a pickled oil prepared according to artisanal methods, combining selected peppers with quality anchovies. The processing preserves the freshness and authentic flavor of the ingredients. The result is a balanced and tasty product, perfect to enjoy on croutons, as a tasty side dish or to enrich salads and cold dishes with a Mediterranean touch.

Ingredients
Peppers, anchovies 2%, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, long pepper, cinnamon, licorice, bay leaf, black pepper, juniper berries, sugar, salt. After opening, store in the refrigerator.
