Peppers and Anchovies is an oil-preserved speciality prepared using artisanal methods, combining selected peppers with quality anchovies. The preparation process preserves the freshness and authentic flavour of the ingredients. The result is a balanced and delicious product, perfect served on crostini, as a flavourful side dish or for enriching salads and cold dishes with a Mediterranean touch.

Peppers, anchovies 2%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, long pepper, cinnamon, liquorice, bay leaf, black pepper, juniper berries, sugar, salt. Refrigerate after opening.
