The ùnica® pasta is a source of vegetable fiber and proteins: it is therefore a low glycemic index.
Time and cooking method: it is ready in just 5 minutes and is prepared directly in the pan, adding about 250 ml of water for every 60 g of pasta. Thanks to the "risotto" cooking, all precious micronutrients are preserved, avoiding dispersion in the draining water.

White corn cooked steam, steam cooked yellow corn, 15% chestnut flour, steamed chickpea flour decorticated gluten -free. After opening, keep in a cool and dry place
