Pale antique pink color. The nose is fine, intense and slightly aromatic, with hints of vanilla, pepper and nigritella. On the palate it shows good persistence, the palate is dry, fresh, savory and slightly peppery, delicate and fragrant.

Refinement: gentle and soft pressing. This is followed by a light maceration of 1-2 days and subsequent fermentation conducted at a controlled temperature of 18°C
