Intense ruby-red color. On the nose, the bouquet is intense, complex and refined, with hints of red fruit, cherry, plum and wild rose. On the palate it is full-bodied, persistent, and refined. It recalls the retronasal sensations by enhancing the notes of ripe red fruit, spices and vanilla.

Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone
Production area: between Lake Garda, the Lessini Mountains and the Val d’Adige, Verona, Veneto
Training system: Veronese pergola and Guyot
Harvest: hand-harvested in crates in the second half of September
Vinification: destemming and gentle pressing of the slightly dried grapes. This is followed by fermentation and maceration in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 8-10 days
Refinement: in small French and American oak barrels for 12 months
Alcohol content: 14% - contains sulphites
Serving temperature: 14-16°C
