Tomato puree produced according to the tradition of Italian cuisine. San Marzano red tomatoes are used with the right degree of ripening and yellow cherry tomatoes type datterino. They are gently passed to obtain a soft and tasty sauce. Slowly cooked in the pot until the right density is reached.
