Wholemeal Biscottoni are traditional artisan biscuits made with wholemeal flour and carefully selected ingredients. Fragrant and wholesome, they are ideal for breakfast or as an afternoon snack, and perfect enjoyed on their own or dipped in a drink.

Ingredients
Type “0” soft wheat flour, wholemeal soft wheat flour (15%), sugar, vegetable margarine, eggs, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, cream of tartar), powdered milk, salt, flavouring. May contain traces of: nuts, soya and sesame.
Store in a cool place, away from heat sources.
