SWEET AND SOUR GIARDINIERA

Casa Iuorio products are created with full respect for the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. A mix of selected vegetables, processed fresh and preserved in a delicate sweet and sour brine that maintains their natural crispness. Peppers, cauliflower, fennel, celery, carrots and onions come together in a balanced recipe full of flavour. Ideal as an appetiser, side dish or accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes. An authentic preserve that brings the genuine flavours of tradition to the table.

Ingredients
Water, white wine vinegar (contains sulphites), peppers, cauliflower, fennel, celery, carrots, onions, sugar, unrefined sea salt, pepper.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate at +5°C and consume within 2 months.
