Brusa's tray of mixed pastries is an elegant selection that celebrates the richness of the Piedmontese confectionery tradition. It contains a refined combination of meliga pastes, baci di Dama, chocolate buttons, toc ad corn, Krumiri, hazelnut meringues: each piece brings with it a different characteristic, from rustic and buttery notes to crunchy or soft textures. This assortment is ideal for a moment of sharing, for an afternoon tea, an elegant break or a reception as it offers a variety of taste and texture that satisfies various desires in just one tray.

Ingredients
Paste di meliga
Flour wheat tender type “00”, butter, corn flour, sugar, free-range eggs, honey, egg yolk from free-range hens, leavening powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch), salt, natural flavourings. It can contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, soy.

Baci di dama
Flour wheat tender type “00”, butter, sugar, hazelnuts “Tonda Gentile Trilobata”, dark chocolate (cocoa: 53% min.) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin soy, natural vanilla flavour), almonds 1.5%, honey. It can contain nuts, sesame seeds, eggs.

Chocolate buttons
Flour wheat (Italy), butter, sugar, chocolate chips 8% (cocoa minimum 44%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin soy), milk whole, eggs free-range Italian potatoes, potato starch, honey, leavening agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, starch wheat), salt, natural flavourings. Contains gluten, milk, eggs. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), sesame seeds and soybeans.

Toc ad mais
Flour wheat tender type “00”, butter, corn flour 17%, sugar, egg yolk, natural flavourings, salt. Apricot puree 4% (apricot puree, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavourings). Contains gluten, eggs, milk. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), sesame seeds, soy, mustard.

Krumiri
Flour wheat tender type “00”, butter, sugar, eggs from free-range hens, egg yolk from free-range hens, honey, salt, vanillin. It can contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, soy.

Hazelnut meringues
Sugar (non-EU), egg white, grain of hazelnuts 5%.
