La Balocchina is a Piedmontese agricultural company specialized in the production of high quality rice. Located in the Biella area, it enhances the Italian rice production chain through sustainable practices, the use of recyclable materials and processing methods that preserve the properties of the grain. It combines agricultural tradition and innovation, offering products that combine quality, traceability and aesthetic care. All production takes place in Piedmont, with
direct control of each phase.
Truffle risotto is a ready-to-cook quality rice made with Italian rice to which dried truffle has been added. Thanks to the selection of ingredients and the concentration of flavor in the truffle, the product offers a rich and recognizable taste profile, combining the structure and firmness of the grain with the characteristic earthy and enveloping note of the truffle. Suitable for a quick service without sacrificing quality, it is ideal for risottos with a distinctive character, perfect for enhancing menus with autumnal accents and excellent ingredients.
Cooking time: 18-20 minutes

Ingredients
Rice 93%, granular vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrin, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural flavourings, spices.), rice flour, summer truffle* 0.5%, truffle flavouring*0.2%. *Ingredient (dried/freeze-dried). Manufactured in a facility that uses: celery, sesame seeds, mustard, soy.
