Garnet-red in color. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas with notes of cherry, small berries, spicy hints and floral shades. On the palate it is full and velvety with soft and balanced tannins.

Harvest: hand-harvested in crates
Vinification: for 2/3 of the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at a controlled temperature. The remaining third is lightly pressed and partially fermented separately, then blended with the first batch to complete fermentation, hence the name "Due"
Refinement: aged in oak barrels for 12 months
Alcohol content: 13% - contains sulphites
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
