Founded in 1937, Andrini Marmellate is an Italian family-run company with a long tradition in artisanal fruit processing. The historical recipes still guided a production process that pays attention to the quality of the raw materials and to traditional methods. The range includes jams, marmalades, mostarda and fruit creams made without preservatives or artificial colourings, an authentic expression of the Italian gastronomic tradition. Vanilla chestnut cream is a delicious spreadable cream obtained from the processing of selected Italian chestnuts, enriched with vanilla extract which enhances its sweet and enveloping aroma. With a soft and velvety texture, this cream expresses all the richness of the fruit combined with an elegant aromatic profile, making it ideal for breakfast, to accompany toast or biscuits, or as a fine ingredient to enrich homemade cakes, tarts and desserts.
Ingredients
Chestnuts, sugar, cocoa, gelling agent: pectin, vanilla extract (0.03%). Gelling agent: pectin. Fruit used: 50 g per 100 g of finished product.
Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat sources. After opening, store in the refrigerator
