Format

Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of its raw materials and artisan tradition. Production is based on a traditional method which involves slow maceration for 40-50 days, followed by refinement in the cellar at a constant temperature of around 10°C for at least 15-20 days before bottling. Filtration occurs exclusively with natural methods, through refrigeration and paper filters, without the use of chemical agents. Only selected high-quality raw materials are used for the preparation: alpine botanicals hand-picked in the Cuneo Alps, fine Piedmontese wines and exotic spices. In particular, the product is enriched with white wine, noble Piedmontese red wines and Barolo aged three years in oak barrels and the main botanicals used include coriander, Bourbon vanilla, cloves, gentian root, cinchona calissaya, cinnamon, cassia, liquorice, St. John's wort, gentian and elderberry. The result is a liqueur with an intense ruby ​​red colour, with a rich, spicy aroma and a strong, vinous and persistent flavour, which evolves from an initial sweetness to a slightly tannic bitterness with spicy hints.
