Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of raw materials and artisan tradition. The processing follows an artisanal method which involves a slow maceration of 40-50 days, followed by a period of refinement in the cellar at a controlled temperature of around 10°C for at least 15-20 days before bottling. Filtration is carried out exclusively with natural techniques, through refrigeration and paper filters, without the use of chemical agents. Only selected ingredients are used for its preparation: Alpine botanicals hand-picked in the Cuneo Alps, exotic spices and quality Piedmontese wines such as dry Moscato, Trebbiano and Cortese. Among the main botanicals stand out absinthe, lime, coriander, marjoram, fennel, gentle wormwood, china calissaya, cardamom, quassia, Bourbon vanilla, clove berries, gentian root, sage and citrus peel. The result is a vermouth with a pale straw yellow color, with a vinous, slightly floral and spicy aroma. On the palate it is decisive, intensely vinous and well balanced, with a harmonious progression that starts from an initial sweetness and ends in a dry and persistent bitterness.
