Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of raw materials and artisan tradition. Production follows a classic method which involves a long maceration of 40-50 days, followed by refinement in the cellar at a constant temperature of around 10°C for at least 15-20 days before bottling. Filtration occurs exclusively with natural processes, through refrigeration and paper filters, without the use of chemical agents. Only selected ingredients of the highest quality are used for the preparation: fine Piedmontese wines and a balanced blend of Alpine botanicals hand-picked in the Cuneo Alps, enriched with exotic spices. In particular, the product is made with white wine and noble Piedmontese red wines, and flavored with absinthe, marjoram, fennel, lime, coriander, citrus peel, cardamom, bigarade, Bourbon vanilla, clove berries, gentian root, china calissaya and sage. It has an amber red color, an intense and spicy aroma and a strong, vinous and persistent taste, which evolves from an initial sweetness to an elegant and slightly tannic bitterness.
