Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of its raw materials and artisan tradition. Production follows a traditional method which involves slow maceration for 40-50 days, followed by refinement in the cellar at a constant temperature of around 15°C for at least 15-20 days before bottling. Filtration occurs exclusively with natural methods, through refrigeration and paper filters, without the use of chemical agents. For the preparation, selected high quality raw materials are used: Alpine botanicals hand-picked in the Cuneo Alps, fine Piedmontese wines and exotic spices. In particular, the product is obtained with white wine and a mix of botanicals, including absinthe, marjoram, lime, mint, cardamom, bitter orange peel, Bourbon vanilla, pepper, gentianella flowers, elderberry, sage and cinchona calissaya. The result is a vermouth with an intense yellow color with amber notes, a vinous aroma with floral and spicy nuances, and an intense and vinous taste that evolves from the typical sweetness of Moscato to a pleasant and persistent bitterness.
