Brusa is a family-run company, founded in 1974 in the Biella area, which combines the depth of Piedmontese tradition with an innovative and artisanal approach. Brusa's philosophy is based on a combination of respect for traditional knowledge and continuous research, to offer excellent quality.
The water-based fat-free breadsticks represent the essence of the Piedmontese breadstick tradition: thin, crunchy and with a delicate flavour, they are made with a few selected ingredients and without the use of palm oil, for a simple and genuine profile. The artisanal process with double dough and hand ironing guarantees perfect friability, while the use of water and type "0" soft wheat flour gives an unmistakable lightness which makes them ideal for accompanying appetizers, aperitifs or to be enjoyed alone as a snack.

Flour wheat tender “0” (EU origin), water (3.5% in the product, 32% at the origin) (Italy origin), salt, brewer's yeast, malt extractbarley, natural flavor (contains wheat). Allergens: gluten. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), sesame, soy, derivatives of milk, eggs, mustard. Without preservatives.
