WHITE BLANCHE – LABI BARCH

LABI is an independent craft brewery founded in 2014 in Rosà, near Bassano del Grappa, from three friends’ shared passion for high-quality craft beer. Its name, an acronym for “La Artigianale Birra Italiana”, embodies the spirit of the project and evokes a convivial, cheerful and distinctly Italian way of life. Production focuses on top-fermented beers, inspired primarily by British and Belgian brewing traditions and made with carefully selected ingredients.
White is a pale, slightly hazy beer. Its intense aromatic bouquet reveals distinctive spicy notes of coriander, followed by delicate citrus hints of mandarin and grapefruit and elegant nuances of white flowers. Smooth and velvety on the palate, it has a light body made particularly harmonious by the use of wheat and oats. Fresh and thirst-quenching, it offers a pleasant balance of citrus and spicy notes leading to a dry, delicately bitter finish. A refined and exceptionally easy-drinking beer, ideal for those seeking freshness and aromatic elegance.

Italiamy suggests pairing White with a spelt salad with tuna and courgettes preserved in oil. Its fresh citrus and spicy notes enhance the delicate flavour of the tuna and the savoury character of the vegetables, while its dry, thirst-quenching finish brings balance and lightness to the palate.
