Training system: vertical trellising with Guyot pruning

Harvest: picked by hand into crates

Vinification: gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine matures for an extended period without exposure to oxygen, in contact with the fine lees in stainless-steel tanks.

Ageing: 2–3 months on the lees before bottling

Alcohol content: 13% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 10–12°C
