The pre-measured sachets ensure simple and consistent preparation, making them ideal for cafés, hotels, restaurants and other professional settings. The White variety offers a sweet and creamy flavour, the Classic has a balanced profile, while the Dark variety stands out for its more intense cocoa character. For preparation, use the following proportions: 30 g x 100 ml of milk / 250 g x 1 L / 500 g x 2 L
